Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
We want your delivery to arrive in perfect condition!
Should there be any sign of damage on the outside, please note "damaged" when signing to accept the package or decline the package if you suspect the items inside may be affected. Should you discover any damage to the items after accepting and opening the package, please send us an email within 2 days, and we’ll be happy to assist you promptly. Please kindly use our contact form.
1. Your Right to Cancel
We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which means that you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, if it is a private order (non business). We also believe 14 days gives you sufficient time for checking a massage table, massage chair or any other item. Regarding massage tables and chairs, checking means, you can set up the massage table and try to set up to your personal requirements but when you have the feeling that you will return the table or chair, don t use it for a treatment.
To cancel, please notify us in writing (e.g. via email) within 14 days of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
Please note: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and original packaging. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

2. Damaged or faulty Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo(s) of the issue. We will either offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund, including any delivery charges. In this case, we will cover of course the return shipping costs.
Note: If damage to the packaging or the product is noted at the time of delivery you may refuse to accept the order or sign for the delivery as 'Damaged'. Please notify Customer Care as quickly as possible
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps: Please contact our customer service team at returns@massage-planet.co.uk with your order number and asks for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation). For fast processing, please be sure that the email contains the following content:
- 1.) Your Order No.
- 2.) What are you returning ? Full order or partial order? - pls list then the article No.
- 3.) The Reason why you are returning the item(s)
After receiving your email, we will process your inquiry within 48 hours and will reply you by providing a RMA Number and Returning address.
Please note:
Please ensure the item is securely packaged.
Include a note with your name, order number, RMA Number.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods*.
- Funds will be returned via your original payment method.
