on orders placed through our UK shop. Our aim is to make delivery clear, reliable and straightforward
whether you are ordering for a clinic, therapy room, mobile practice, studio or private use.

Orders placed through our UK shop currently qualify for free standard delivery to Mainland UK.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders placed by 11:00 am on working days are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed in the evening, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive the relevant delivery or tracking information where available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, warehouse availability, carrier route and delivery address.
1. Delivery within Mainland UK
All eligible Mainland UK orders currently qualify for free standard delivery.
Your delivery information will be shown clearly during checkout before you complete your order.
We work with reliable delivery partners and manufacturer warehouses to ensure that massage tables,
massage chairs and accessories are dispatched as efficiently as possible. Larger or heavier items may be delivered
by a specialist carrier and may require additional handling time.
2. Delivery areas not covered by the UK shop
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other European destinations are handled through our European shop.
