The warmer is designed to bring compatible massage oils and lotions up to the selected temperature without requiring lengthy preparation. Typical warm-up time is approximately 15–20 minutes, although actual heating time depends on room temperature, starting temperature, bottle fill level and the viscosity and properties of the product being warmed. Once the selected temperature has been reached, the warmer regulates the heating rather than continuously increasing the temperature.

Automatic Safety Shut-Off

The Gen-II model includes an automatic safety shut-off after approximately 8 hours of continuous operation. This is particularly useful in professional treatment environments where the warmer may remain in use across several appointments during the day. The automatic shut-off is an additional safety function and does not replace normal operating procedures. Always switch off and disconnect the unit when it is no longer required.
