MASSAGE-PLANET offers various payment options so that you can pay for your purchase conveniently and easily. In addition, we are always endeavouring to include further payment options so that you are sure to always find a way to pay. If you cannot find your favourite payment method, please contact us so that it is also available for your country.

PREPAYMENT
If you pay with ‘PREPAYMENT’, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after completing your order. In addition to the order details, this order confirmation also contains our bank details. When making a bank transfer, please be sure to enter the order number in the ‘reason for payment’ field. This will prevent delays in processing. Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Note: Please note that payment should be made within 7 working days when using the prepayment method. If we do not receive the money within this period, your order will be automatically cancelled in our system.

How do I pay with PayPal?
When checking out, you have the option of selecting your preferred payment method. If you select PayPal, you will immediately be offered the payment methods integrated by PayPal. You then make your choice by selecting one of these payment methods. If you then click on the ‘Order with obligation to pay’ button, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal and asked to log in to PayPal with your access data. Once you have done this, simply follow the rest of the process and confirm the payment. Our PayPal account is usually credited within a few minutes so that we can then process your order directly or prepare it for dispatch.

CREDIT CARD
At MASSAGE-PLANET you can pay conveniently with VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All you need is your credit card number, the expiry date of the credit card and the verification code on the back of the credit card. If payment is successful, your credit card account will be debited with the invoice amount. Your goods will then be dispatched.
CREDIT CARD with SecureCode / TAN ( Mastercard® SecureCode™ and verified by VISA)
This variant of credit card payment provides even more security. Credit card companies have made shopping even more secure, especially for online shopping. In this case, you can pay as normal with your credit card, but the payment is additionally protected with another security feature. This is called ‘3D Secure’ for MasterCard and ‘Verified by VISA’ for VISA. This means that, depending on your credit card company or bank / savings bank, you must confirm the payment by entering an additional personal password (secure code) or by means of a TAN (which is sent to your mobile phone beforehand by SMS).
How does the 3D Secure Code / Mobile TAN work?
After you have completed entering your credit card details and clicked on the ‘Order with obligation to pay’ button, an input window will open after a short wait, asking you for your SecureCode or the mobile TAN you sent previously. Once the code or TAN number has been entered correctly, it will be confirmed by the system and the payment will be authorised.
PAYPAL INSTALMENT
PAYPAL offers you the option of buying now and paying the purchase amount over a period of up to 24 months. The process is very simple. When checking out, select the PayPal payment method ‘PayPal’. Then, after you have logged into your PayPal account, you can select ‘Instalment purchase’ as the payment method on the PayPal page. Then simply follow the PayPal process. You will immediately be shown the possible monthly instalments according to your desired term and can therefore decide freely.
TIP 1: Buying in instalments with PayPal is particularly interesting when PayPal charges 0% interest. PayPal often offers various promotions for this every year.
