The heating capacity of the warming blanket is typically oriented to the body temperature. Heating blankets are also limited in power for safety and comfort reasons, as massage clients perceive a heating power that is significantly higher than the body temperature as unpleasant, especially if the massage duration is long. For a quicker start, switch on the electric blanket 10 minutes before use. The feeling of warmth, especially at the beginning, may be delayed by thicker fitted sheets / flannel covers and is quite normal. An exception to all electric blankets is the Earthlite DLX Digital electric blanket. This has a higher heating capacity due to the thick fleece.
